Silver Bullet Media Strategy (“we”, “us”) runs silverbulletstrategy.com. This page explains what information we collect through the website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

what we collect

Information you send us. When you use the “Work with us” form we receive your name, phone number, email address and message. When you subscribe to our insights we receive your email address.

Usage information. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not.

how we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and discuss working together, and subscriber emails only to send our insights. We use analytics only to improve the site. We do not sell your information.

where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace (Google Sheets and email). Analytics data is processed by Google and Cloudflare under their own privacy terms. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records.

your choices

You can unsubscribe from insights at any time, block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we will respond promptly.
